Michael J. Restovich is a partner and attorney with Restovich, Braun & Associates in Rochester, Minnesota. His practice focuses on estate planning, personal injury, family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, and employment law.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from Maryville University in 2014 and his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2018. During law school, he worked as a law clerk at Restovich, Braun & Associates gaining practical experience alongside the firm’s attorneys. He was admitted to practice law in Minnesota in 2021 and has since continued his family’s longstanding commitment to serving individuals and families throughout the Rochester community.
Michael is a member of the Olmsted County Bar Association and has remained active in the local community through volunteer service and youth coaching. His approach to legal representation emphasizes practical guidance, attentive client service, and helping clients navigate challenging legal matters with clarity and confidence.
